Delivery & Returns
1. All items are sold on preorder basis. (ships in 10-14 working days, excluding public holidays)
2. Items sold are non-refundable.
3. Orders with wrong/ defective items are eligible for exchange within 7 days from date of receiving of the parcel with logo tag on.
Delivery fee will be borne by us, WM maximum RM8 & EM maximum RM18.
Kindly dm or Whatsapp us the photo of the items upon receiving.
4. Exchange of items (EXCLUDING CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS) for different colours or sizes are allowed within 7 days from date of receiving of the parcel with logo tag on. Delivery fee will be borne by customer.
5. Orders with out-of-stock items would be provided with a cash refund through bank transfer.
6. Delivery fee for West Malaysia is RM8 (flat rate), Delivery fee for East Malaysia is RM18 (flat rate) through Poslaju.

8. Tracking number of the parcel would be sent through email once the order has been shipped.
